     Post Boy is a chef driven restaurant located in the heart of New Buffalo, Michigan blending global flavors with local history.      Post Boy celebrates  both New Buffalo’s rich history and global culinary inspirations.  It is named after a historic USPS mail ship, the restaurant was inspired by the adventures of Captain Whittaker whose ship, the PostBoy crashed near the current site  in the 1830’s..  Today it features a chef driven menu by James Galbraith,a James Beard Award semi-finalist, offering a creative mix of Great Lakes staples and globally inspired dishes.
