This building is a Mediterranean Revival style Building.  It was built in 1925-1926.  The builder and architect was Owen Burns.

    It was the home of the Sarasota Herald Newspaper from 1925 to 1926. This was a one story building. It was 45 feet in width and 197 feet in depth. Construction used hollow clay tile blocks.
