The I.R. Burns and H.H. Bell Building is located at 1296 First Street Sarasota, Florida. It is a vine covered Spanish Colonial Revival Building. It was built in 1925 during the Florida Land Boom. It was built by Leadly Ogden.
It was an anchor of the area called realtor row. The building housed many businesses over the years. Some of these were antique shops, commercial offices, city operations and high end restaurants in the theater district.
