Blackburn Point Bridge

This is a single lane swing bridge crossing the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway. It is located near Osprey, Florida. It connects Casey Key with the mainland on Blackburn Point Road (CR-789)

The bridge architect was the Champion Bridge Company. It was built in 1926 by Quinn and Powell Construction. The bridge type is metal rivet connected Warren Pony Truss, Movable: swing (center pier).

The main span length is 142 feet. Roadway width is 15.7 feet.

The bridge was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in March 29, 2001. It was rehabbed in 1995.
