This building is located at 262 Bernard Avenue Kelowna British Columbia. It was built in 1910 –1911.  It is a solid 2 story commercial style building.   Architect is unknown.

Old Royal Bank Building

     The Old Royal Bank remained at this location until 1960s..  It was replaced by Montreal Trust another national financial institution.  After this, in 1981, the bank building was occupied by a restaurant operated under various names. It currently is known as Kelly O’Bryan’s.
