2nd City Hall Winnipeg

     Winnipeg’s  2nd city hall was completed in 1886. It was designed by Barber and Barber.  It was built by Robert Dewar.  It was quite an elaborate 6 story structure with turrets and picturesque clocks. It was demolished in.1952.
