Gasprilla Island Lighthouse is one of the two lighthouses located in Gasparilla Island state park. Standing 105 feet, it was built in 1881 by Phoenix Island Iron Company. It was originally located in Delaware.

In 1927, it was reassembled and installed in Gasparilla Island just south Boca Grande. It was painted white. A fourth order Fresnel lens was installed and was lit on January 1, 1932.
