Lock 4

Lock 3 is located south of Lock 2.  It is closer to Joliet.  When we visited the area in summer of 2015, there was a brisk flow of water through the lock.    The walls are not original.  There are no gates present.  The lock can be accessed through the Joliet Iron Works Park.
