Tampa Union Station.is located at 601 N. Nebraska Avenue, Tampa, Florida.  It opened on May 15, 1912. It was built at a cost of $250,000.   The architect was Joseph Leitner. The building style is Italian Renaissance.

     The depot was built to consolidate passenger services.of the Atlantic Coastal Line, Seaboard Airline, and the Tampa Northern line.  It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.

     The depot closed in 1984. It was restored due to deterioration in 1998   It currently operates as an Amtrak Station

     The Snell Building is located at 405 Central Avenue Saint Petersburg, Florida.  The lot on which it is located was purchased for $ 100,00 by C. Perry Snell. Construction of the building began in 1926 and completed in 1928.  The architect was Richard Kiehnel.  Style is Mediterranean Revival. It is 9 stories with a tower.  

  It is known for its arcade.  It is a walkway cutting through the building connecting Central Avenue with the adjacent Open Air Post Office. This features exterior carvings, European tiles and statuary and a Italian Mosaic of Balassare Long treats Santa Marie Ideals

   Currently a portion of the building was converted into condominiums.

  The building was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 11/1982
